After a long time on hold, the lake at Discovery Green is finally fixed and the fun RC model sailboats from Bayou City Adventures will once again be available for a short while. From Saturday, September 23 to Sunday October 22 the Model Sailboats will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weather permitting. The cost is $5 for 15 minutes of sailing and an afternoons worth of fun just watching others sail. You are not allowed to get in the water so if your boat gets into trouble, ask an attendant and they will retrieve the boat. No reservations required.
